Breath prayer invites us to meditate on the Word and let it soak in deep.
It's simple. Just take a deep breath and allow yourself to grow still.
Contemplate the image. Read the passage. Pray the prayer with 7 cycles of breath. Notice what changes in your body and spirit.
He is with you. As close as a breath.
