breathe.

Pause.  Just for a moment.

Grow still.  Notice your breath.  Let yourself become aware that God is here with you.

Begin to pray this prayer to God:

Inhale:  "Holy, holy, holy"

Exhale:  "is the Lord God of Hosts."

Breathe this prayer, slow and steady, for seven cycles of breath.

Notice what changes in your body, mind, and spirit as you pray.

read.

Read this prayer from Psalm 71:

"My mouth is filled with Your praise, and with Your glory all the day."

What stirs in you as you read this?

reflect.

Consider God.  Consider what He means to you.  Let your mind wander.

Right now, in this very moment, what delights you about God?

Be specific.  Write it down.  Tell a friend.  Tell Him.

pray.

Let your heart respond to Jesus.  Use your own words or pray along with the poem below.

The earth is singing its love to the Lord;

the rocks will cry out, and so will I.

All creatures are praising His mighty works;

the birds are singing, and so will I.

Screaming "holy!" the angels encircle His throne;

the heavens are shouting, and so will I.

The forest is bending at the power of His hand;

the trees are kneeling, and so will I.

The universe spins in the palm of Your hand;

the world is Yours and so, God, am I.
